1. GET APPROVAL & A QUOTE
Send us a photo of your items via viber or whatsapp at XXXXX to get approval and a quote.
Include the following details:
- Style/Model Name
- Condition (Brand new or Pre-owned)
- Place and year purchased
- Inclusions (cards, dust bags etc.)
- Retail price (price bought for) and your selling price
- Other important details to include - photos of the flaws and receipt of the item
- Declare if the item/s has been restored or repaired (professionally)
What kind of items does Luxury Place accept?
- - Items should be 100% authentic, new, or in a gently used condition, free of significant defects such as excessive wear, tears, tobacco or moldy odor, soiling, or broken hardware.
- Sanitize/clean and dust off your items.
- Remove and clean molds if there are any.
- Please have the dust bags gently washed (For Pre-owned item/s).
- For PREOWNED SHOES: Kindly CLEAN and sanitize the INSOLE and SOLES of the shoes. Please make sure the soles are dirt free. Clean the shoeboxes of any dust, dirt or molds.
- NOTE: WE WILL NOT ACCEPT UNCLEANED/DIRTY SHOES.
- We only sell high-end luxury designer brands such as Hermes, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Celine, Givenchy, Balenciaga, Rolex, Gucci, Prada, Chloe, Bottega Veneta, Valentino and the likes.
- Style or model of items must be saleable and not outdated.
How do I price my items?
The items should be priced reasonably based on the current market value and condition.
- In pricing your items, kindly make room for our mark-up. Please give us your best competitive price, as your item/s will be posted for a duration of one month or more.
2. FILL OUT THE FORM
Once approved, we will email you a copy of the Consignment Form/Agreement. Please provide all the details and print two(2) copies of the form.
3. BRING OR SHIP YOUR ITEMS
Send us the items for authentication, assessment, and final approval.
Secure an appointment and let us know the schedule of your visit at least a day ahead.
- You may also opt to ship or have the item/s delivered; the owner will shoulder all the expenses.
Submit the requirements together with your item(s)
- Consignment form / Agreement
- Photocopy of valid IDs with current contact information

4. WE SELL IT FOR YOU
We will list your items on our website and keep them for one month or more.
Luxury Place reserves the right to list the items exclusively on our website and social media sites. The consignment period ends after a duration of one month from the date of posting of the item/s on our sites.
5. GET PAID
- All payments will be made in dated or postdated checks two weeks after the item has been confirmed sold.
- We will contact the consignor once the payment is ready. We prefer cash be picked-up at our showroom, however we can also do bank transfer 1 week after the item is sold.

6. RETURN OF UNSOLD ITEMS
- Unsold items will be returned and must be picked up one (1) month or more after posting.
- Please wait for the item return notification and kindly contact us at least one day before pick-up for proper coordination.
- We can also ship or have your items delivered to you at your expense. Any damage or loss brought about by the courier will not be our liability once the items are at their hands.
- If your item doesn’t sell within the posting period of four weeks, we may or may not notify you for your approval to place it on clearance sale. We may also contact you for the price and payment term negotiations.
- Please examine your items thoroughly and take note of the condition and flaws before you consign and upon receipt of the returned item.
- If item not sold and the buyer decided to have the item back, will charge them $50 per item as per authentication certificates (for the items without receipt) and need to pick up within 30days otherwise we have the rights to decide or will donate to Charity.
